Appetizer: Jumbo Roasted Wings
Marinated wood-roasted chicken wings in your choice of spicy buffalo, bourbon BBQ, or mango habanero sauce. Served with ranch or bleu cheese.

Entrée: The Butcher Specialty Pizza (12″)
Big Pauly’s signature red sauce, homemade meatballs, pepperoni, fennel sausage, applewood smoked bacon, whole milk mozzarella, and fresh basil.

Dessert: Two Chocolate Chip Cannoli’s

Entrée: Old World Margherita Specialty Pizza (12″)

Salad- Mixed greens tossed with cucumbers, brussel sprouts, radish Pico de Gallo, and cotija cheese.

Chille Rellons-
 Two Poblano Peppers stuffed with ground beef or cheese, topped with a creamy salsa fresca, served with rice and black beans.
Arroz Con Pollo- Signature dish! Seasoned chicken served over our Spanish rice.
Shrimp Enchiladas with Creamy Poblano Sauce- Three flour tortillas rolled with Grilled Shrimp and cheese, topped with our signature creamy Poblano sauce, served with citrus cilantro rice.

Hickory smoked Gouda melted between thick cut grilled Italian country bread. Served with stone ground mustard and kosher pickle.

BLTCC- Cherrywood smoked Nueske bacon, garlic aioli, tomato jam and fresh greens on thick cut toast.

Mediterranean Vegetable Wrap- Flour tortilla stuffed with housemade sun dried tomato hummus, roasted red peppers, cucumbers, roasted artichoke hearts, Kalamata olives, fresh tomatoes and feta cheese.

 Chicago’s own Chef Martin’s Sausages – Weisswurst (pork & veal, parsley, green onions), Sheboygan (pork & veal, lemon, marjoram), Kasekrainer (pork shoulder, spices & alpine Swiss cheese) and Andouille (pork shoulder, smoky & spicy) – served warm with cranberry, whole grain mustard relish, roasted honey apples, pickled shallot & cornichons.

A Mardi Gras Feast Just for You during restaurant week- $50

Appetizer:
Famous Corn Crusted Alligator Tail- A half-pound of real alligator tail meat, portions hand breaded and served with Moe Joe’s jalapeno honey dipping sauce.

Entrée: (choose 1)
Jambalaya –
A hallmark of Creole cooking. This saucy dish combines tomato, cooked rice, onion, ham, chicken, Andouille sausage and Cajun spices.

Shrimp Etouffee- A half-pound of shrimp sautéed in our onion pepper sauce, served with white rice. A most popular Cajun dish.

Dessert:
Fresh Baked Beignets –
Warm French-style prepared to order and dusted in powdered sugar, just like in New Orleans. Try an order with a cup of our Starbucks coffee. .
